The Australian Pink Floyd Show are a successful Pink Floyd tribute act that have been going since 1988 and were formed in Adelaide, Australia. The band attempt to recreate the look, feel and sound of a Pink Floyd show by using extravagant theatrics with the use of lasers, props and a huge display panel like that of 'Mr Screen' and with their shows being so good it has created them a huge fan base, with David Gilmour of the real Pink Floyd calling himself a fan of the tribute act! The band have had many successes in their career with one of their shows airing on Argentine national television as part of the Pepsi music festival, they have performed at the great Isle of White Festival in 2008 and also they headlined on the last night of the Guilfest festival. The Australian Pink Floyd Show will definitely be different to any local Pink Floyd tribute act you have ever seen before.
