The LG Arena has recently been refurnished and is now a 21st century visitor attraction, after the site’s former NEC Arena was given a £29 million funding package that includes a major sponsorship deal with global electronic giants, LG.
The refurbishment brings many new and exciting opportunities for companies looking to entertain and personal guests hoping to impress! With its increased seating capacity, new backstage and hospitality areas, Fastpour machines and more loos as well as a cutting edge style within the Arena and forumLIVE spaces.
Exclusively located within the new pre-show entertainment space forumLIVE, the ‘Tower Deck’ will host ‘freestyle’ packages where privileges include selected drinks, a selection of hot bowl food and great seats positioned close to the side of the stage.
Inside the main arena, you will find the Sanctum Restaurant, where guests will enjoy a pre-show contemporary grill style menu with a theatre kitchen experience with a complimentary drink service available throughout the evening, before taking seats in the luxurious and new ‘ShowDeck’ to enjoy the show. Exclusively available at the LG Arena, this private seating area boasts impressive views over the arena bowl and a drinks and nibbles service will be available throughout the show.
The Lakeside Gallery Restaurant, formerly known as the Arena Suite, will host ‘club’ hospitality packages. The experiences include drinks reception, a pre-show fine dining experience, specially created by our very own award-winning Executive Chefs and great seats positioned close to the side of the stage. You can also enjoy interval and post show drinks service at your table.
Both ‘club’ and ‘air’ packages have its very own private entrance, the Lakeside Hospitality entrance which was formerly the main entrance to the concert arena.
The Westside Bar and Restaurant will also host ‘freestyle’ packages which will predominantly include a pre-show bar facility and for some shows a selection of our popular tapas dishes.

The NIA is one of the most sought after and busiest large-scale indoor sporting and entertainment venues in Europe and plays host to around 130 events every year. Our Showcubes, formerly known as the executive boxes, were refurbished last year and have been redesigned in a contemporary style making this The NIA’s premium hospitality level. They boast panoramic views over the Arena and have an exclusive entrance, where licence holders can entertain up to 14 guests per show.
The Olympian Suite on the canalside is the primary membership area and hosts ‘club’ and ‘freestyle’ packages on a show by show basis depending on the profile of the event.
And finally, The Waterfront has just been renovated in time for the concert season and is the perfect way to start your evening within the venue itself!
