What is amplify?

We are the official hospitality providers for The NEC Group (formerly known as Entertainment Zone). We offer fantastic pre-show hospitality experiences for shows at some of The NEC Group’s world-class venues – the LG Arena, The NIA and The NEC.

What is amplify freestyle?

The freestyle experience offers an upgrade from standard tickets and include convenient close by car parking, included drinks from the bar and informal nibbles or snacks.

What is amplify club?

The amplify air level is exclusive to the LG Arena and is the arena’s most premium hospitality offering. air members will enjoy a pre-show contemporary grill style menu with live theatre kitchen experience and complimentary drinks hosted within the new and exclusive Sanctum Restaurant before taking to the innovative, private ‘ShowDeck’. Overlooking the arena bowl, ‘air’ guests will also enjoy complimentary drinks and nibbles service throughout the show.

What are the Showcubes?

The Showcubes are the exclusive executive boxes at The NIA. They are sold on an annual basis and licence fees are charged, but are occasionally available on a show by show basis to private parties. Please contact a member of the team on 0844 338 0333 for further details.

How would I benefit by becoming an amplify member?

Membership benefits include immediate notification on all new events, exclusive priority booking period, special subsided hospitality rate per package per show, fully personalised and professional service provided by the amplify team.

How do I become a member?

Please contact a member of the team who will be happy to discuss with you the most appropriate level for your requirements. The team can be contacted on 0844 338 0333.

Cancellation of membership?

A member may resign membership at any time by giving written notice to the proprietor but shall be liable for the full subscription for the year during which they resign.

When will tickets be sent?

Tickets are usually despatched 3-4 weeks prior to the show, on occasions it maybe necessary to send them out closer to the show.

What is the dress code?

The dress code is smart / casual for all areas.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arrival from 17.30hrs, however further a detailed itinerary is sent with tickets for each show which specifies the timings for that particular event.

I have a dietary concern, what do I do?

We are able to deal with almost any dietary request. If you have a dietary requirement please contact the office on 0844 338 0333 and a member of team will be happy to assist.

How can I get I get hold of backstage passes?

amplify provide hospitality experiences as part of The NEC Group. Backstage passes and meet and greets are organised by the promoter of the individual show, and not by amplify or The NEC Group.

How do I get there?

Where do I park?

Parking information will be sent with your hospitality pack and varies dependent upon which venue you are visiting.

Will I have an allocated car parking spot?

Please note that you will not have a reserved car parking position but you will be able to park anywhere within the allocated car park.

How do I know where the exact blocks are positioned in the arena?

To find out where the block are positioned, please The Ticket Factory website then input the particular show and click onto the show date this will then bring up a plan of the arena.

Can I pre-order wine for the table?

Wine can be pre-ordered for the table, please call a member of the team on 0844 338 0333 who will be happy to assist.

Its a special occasion, can I arrange flowers, cake, balloons, decorations for the table?

What is the cancellation policy?

Tickets can not be refunded unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled so please check you tickets carefully on receipt and contact us immediately if you have queries. Please take special care of standing tickets or other general admission tickets as many venues duplicates cannot be issued under any circumstances.
